Subscription Step 1: Create an Original Product

In the tab Products in your Account, click the + New product button. You can follow the on-screen directions to fill out the form with your product name and description.

Subscription Step 2: Recurring Pricing

In the Pricing Type drop-down menu, select "Recurring." Next you can set the terms for your subscription.

  • Subscription Price: Enter the default price for your membership or subscription service.
  • A Recurring Time: You may decide to make the subscription renewal each week, every month, once a quarter, or every year. The duration of the subscription reflects how often the customers will be charged.

Subscription Step 3 Optional Trial Period

If you choose not to include a subscription trial you can simply turn the Trial Period to off. If you decide to include a trial, you have two options:

  • Free Trial: Switch the Trial Period switch on, then select Free Trial to give your customers access for free to your subscription. Then, you can choose the length of time that customers will be able to access this trial membership before their first payment is processed.
  • Paid Trial Pay-to-play: Turn the Trial Period switch on and choose Paid Trial to include the cost of a trial period upfront. Enter your initial price and the length you'd like this trial period to last.

Subscription Step 4: Create Product

Once you finalize your subscription details, click Create Product. The button will take you to the dashboard for your product in which you will be able to build your sales website, modify the product's details, pick your preferred payment method before launching the subscription.

How Can I Manage My Customers' Subscriptions?
