You've stated that you're an "corporate disgruntled employee" that managed to get away from the daily grind working hours at Fortune 500. What was your job in that position?

I worked as the marketing manager of an energy company, and came up with plans for marketing to promote our events and products. When I was in the world of business, there was a custom of calling the person I was "The Governor" since, among the thousands of employees I could identify everyone's name throughout departments. I kept telling myself that "If I want to succeed at what I'm trying to accomplish, I need to gain an understanding in order to make sure that the plan will work from start until the very end."

What motivated you to quit your corporate work?

While the group was enjoyable, however, I felt as if I was doing the identical thing every single day as well as every day. It was beginning to appear my routine for the day was an everyday routine. I had a clear idea of what I had to perform every day. It was pretty monotonous, I'm talking about corporate. It was like I could just expand and advance in one position.

Once I realized this, I came to recognize that I was an unfit employee in the workplace. It was clear that I'd been trying to put me in a box that I was not meant to be within. I'm thankful for working in the corporate setting, however I was aware that I had much more to contribute to the world.

You've had a couple of diverse businesses before becoming a business strategist and marketing manager. Could you tell me about the first business you started, and what was the most costly mistake you made

My first company was an online venture. The business was an internet-based shop which sold clothes for women. At the time I started my journey I bought everything I could. I spent huge sums of money for website creators and graphic design. I was trying to look like a multi-million dollar business for zero dollar.

There was no strategy : Who's coming? Where are my leads congregating? What should I do to turn an observer into making a purchase from me?

I believed I was an expert about marketing and business. Then I realized I didn't. It was like, "I need to go back to my drawing board. It is time to return to start again."

Entrepreneurs often say "You do not have to come up with the idea up on your own." Many business owners feel that's what they're doing. When did you realize the importance of planning for success in your business?

My next venture, which was an online retail store dubbed Oil Digger Tees, started with our own printing shop with the design and development team of our own. We've always had stock in the right amount.

The shirt on which we were, read "Brunettes are Slayed!" Another shirt had the words "Blondes Slay! Slay." It was discovered that a lot of individuals with blonde or brunette hair were sporting these shirt designs, and were posting the images online.

After a couple of days, it's like the lady appears to the screen in our T-shirts. It was on the Bravo TV series "Vanderpump Rules." It was a mystery to us until we watched the show. In one night, we received about 1,500 requests for a t-shirt. Then I thought "Oh my gosh I'm wondering, what's happening? What just transpired?"

We didn't have inventory for the item, so we were freaking out. We were in production mode for days. Well, shortly after the program aired, the show was re-aired and it kept re-airing.

The trend didn't cease from that point on. It was just a moment before we began to notice increasing numbers of the same people such as Ben Haggard wear our shirt with the wording, "Haggard Swagger." We thought, "Oh no, this occurs."

What were you able to do to resolve the problem of the unexpectedly high volume of presales?

We began to find or outsource designers. And we began outsourcing to new production firms. We noticed that we had growing faster than we had been and that we needed to take it to the next level.

After that, I've brought my expertise from the realm of e-commerce and put it into the realm of e-learning. I've got clients that provide training and consulting services, which come with a cap at how many customers can purchase. It's essential to make waiting lists and determine the next steps in case you need to make a sale.

The second wholesale and e-commerce business was profitable, selling in 700+ stores around the world. So how did you come to selling the business within 3 years since you started it?

I was a prisoner in my own company. I shed lots of terrible tears in that business as well. It was a time of many happy moments, however at the time that I left, I wasn't in business for being stressed out and overwhelmed every everyday.

I was on the job on weekends and nights almost all the day. I had to stop the trips I took with my family because we were juggling numerous orders to finish. I thought "I am not able to leave. Sorry. Thank you." This is why I frequently teach to help people live an existence of liberty.

Have you come across any discoveries you've come across during your business of coaching?

Whichever you decide to pursue, we'll aid you to make an online business that is viable. My client is a dog trainer of dog walkers. I have a client who shows how to be recruited to play softball. There is another client that illustrates how you can eat sugar-free.
