What's the difference between CRO and SaaS? (Interview With Growth Expert Frederic Linfjard) -
Does conversion rate optimization in SaaS and other software different from the traditional A/B test in the world of ecommerce?
Does it have to do with convincing customers to Click on"buy" as well as click the "buy" option (like it's in E-commerce)? What's the most crucial part of it?
I sat down with growth expert (and Director at Growth at Planday) Frederic Linfjard -- and would like to know what he thinks regarding these concerns.
The CRO within SaaS goes beyond "red button and. blue button."
Here are a few statements from our conversion
"Conversion rate optimization does not mean the red button or the blue button. The goal is to increase the life-time value of the customer."
"Traffic Traffic and the traffic" is what the software firms concentrate on. They cease their tests following the purchase or sign-up to trial. They don't even know how many times they've churned throughout one month. Or, are they actually continuing?
"You can increase profits in the same way using the same amount of traffic just by working to keep people in the company. Many people aren't aware of this possibility in organizations that make software. ."
