"We are all aware that the most creators are beyond burnt out on the content creating and disseminating aspect of things," starts Amanda Northcutt, founder of Level Up Creators. "So we're thrilled to help creators maximize their content distribution opportunities."

Her business is called Level Up Creators is a model of the business that they train people to run and they apply what they teach using the same methods to make the most of these distribution opportunities. "We consider source content to be a longform video or audio, or an ebook, or even a 5,000 word article," she explains. "This is a substantial collection of content and you'll find blog articles, newsletters for email leads, lead magnets and many dozens of social media posts.

"I'm not suggesting you repeat what you already said in your YouTube video However, you may choose to take an add-on or reductionist approach," she continues. "You could summarize key points from your 10-minute video in the form of a newsletter, or alternatively you could write an article that elaborates on a specific point. You may even have a brand new source material if you write that."

Amanda states that this is just one way to assist creators in thinking more strategically about how they can grow their business. It is the goal here to leverage current content to the most efficient possible way "Successful individuals know what levers they should pull in order to reap the most value. We are helping with the content dissemination and distribution straight from the beginning." Amanda and her team support the tactical mindset and then help with writing the content. "This will help reduce the stress and over-work and stress, so that a creator is able to have a creative outlet inside their heads."

Level Up Creators takes the administrative burden off creators' burden. "We're managing DMs, email, calendar, gatekeeping, brand deals, and we do the management of talent as well. We then get on with making a roadmap for products and then we create amazing stuff and then marketing this!" The team helps designers with "the requirements to bring the conversation to where that conversation can be acknowledged as having the credibility it needs".

Amanda along with her staff are there to "have someone unleash their brain to dream of the big picture," she says. "We seek to know where the creator wants to take them: lifestyle design considerations, and income targets. We assist in putting together a long-term plan - the mission, vision as well as the values and objectives that form"the North Star of a company. It's the thing everyone is looking to when trying to make decisions, or at the very least in an ideally run business."

Marketing is a process that involves thinking.

After the process of thinking and freeing up of creative brainpower is taken care of, Level Up Creators take a look at particular products like memberships and online masterclasses that suit the creator and align with their visions. "For instance, we think about how making a product for memberships be in line with our long-term strategy?' This is the litmus test."

"We are able to collaborate in collaboration with different creators. We are able to do brand agreements. We can start your own line of merchandise. You could offer premium, one-on-one coaching and group training. Then we take the set of solutions and decide on which products we could package it with and help get them on the markets."

Level Up Creators also wants to make sure that their clients are well connected within their community of business and creators and others who are non-competing, tangentially related organizations or those with identical audience.

Amanda believes in audience sharing: "a rising tide lifts every boat and the pie can always be bigger," she smiles. "It's not as if if I share my audience then they'll quit and not return' - because they're following them because of a reason." As such, affiliate programs and similar are extremely important. Level Up Creators simply connects the dots with its marketing automation.

Marketing automation could sound quite technical, however Amanda is able to explain the concept with the same rigor and clarity as any other. "It's the technology that allows an author communicate with subscribers, at the scale of. This is a hidden automated sales system that works for you around the clock according to your subscriber's conditions.

It connects each digital interaction you make with prospective and current customers as well as your customers via a backend device or two carefully designed to guide your customers to the next stage of their journey with you that leads to purchasing.

"We're very active with email lists and we're big on partner marketing," Amanda adds. "When you do the right thing with your marketing strategy subscribers are at the helm. They only see content that is relevant to them. This is a great system. We'd like to bring users to join that ecosystem of email.

"Then we'll try to offer worth repeatedly, continuously strategically and in the context of a bigger strategy" Amanda concludes. "We are looking to be sure that we're delivering value prior to asking customers to purchase items. But we are going to request people to buy something because we're only selling things which make people's lives easier, aren't they? !"
