When it comes to measurements, the more is better. In order to help you make sense of the noise, we're tracking 5 key members-centric metrics, then showing them in an approachable way to help you stay focused on membership growth and retention.

  • The monthly recurring income is the most important metric for a membership business. It is the answer to the question: How much money can I expect to make? Our metrics now clarify the reasons that they are there (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net revenue tells you how much the money you earned this month (minus refunds) and also where it came from.
  • Members who pay allows you to explore the entire amount of recurring members on your accountand also the adjustments which affect that number.
  • Churn indicates how much you've lost -- voluntary or not -- as well as total $ churned.
  • Trials displays the number of members who have decided to continue with a recurring subscription after their trial ends.
