Jo Franco

"JoClub is a name that has a connection to Journaling Club, but also is a suitable name." Jo Franco begins. "When I started writing I could feel my thoughts about my family and realized that my family members were unhappy to hear about my personal experiences. So, I started writing."

"I was born without a passport, but lived in an area that was remote that spoke Portuguese as well as working to improve my English however, I came across" the woman who remembers. "I gained a number of languages and was shocked to be recognized. But, I didn't receive lots of attention because I was considered as one of the very few kids. My looks were distinct in respect to others. My height was not as high as others, but I also had a soothing voice and had one of the calmest people.

"Of Of course, if I reflect back on exactly what transpired, however, it was at that moment that I felt an unease in not being understood"Are you at ease? All of us have to deal with this."

It was an honor to be part of the group. Jo said: "I had a more than just a feeling of sympathy for myself. I saw situations and events and did not make judgments. I've written quite a bit of things that are negative, but I'm also aware of positive events in my existence. This was the time I decided to make changes in my writing. This was also the time when I began to change my perception of the world when I began to look at situations that I was able to think of as positive. It was essential to put my mind on positive aspects for me to come up with positive stories to share. I changed into a more positive person. This helped me feel more positive."

The meaning of the context has to be understood

When she was an undergraduate at the college located in Manhattan, Jo was overwhelmed by the number of voices she was confronted with. However Jo was able to keep a record in her diary. "It was not a question as to whether I resided in the States or traveled extensively, and I could make use of this device that enabled me to return back to my home.

Jo found much-needed space in her journal

"My "why" will provide my friends confidence in knowing that "You've been able to achieve this" regardless of the difficult circumstances that may appear. Furthermore, it will improve the standard of your life and is fantastic to document the experience in writing. It's a gesture of gratitude of the fact that this occurred in the first instance. The universe is that you've created and you've created ideas of your own."

"There's studies that support the claim," she says. "There have been studies currently being conducted on the usage of writing when treating ailments that require medical attention. When individuals write down their appreciation or gratitude they feel more content and more fulfilled."

"Give your mind time to relax. Relax your mind before writing your thoughts down on the sheet of paper. When you make your list of items that can have negative effects you are able to savor it with compassion. Our emotions can cause a lot of tension. They're at the heart of every aspect. They're at the heart of confidence and the basis of charisma. It is the reason that individuals seek out specific aspects to become capable of generating positive emotions."

"Maybe it's the right time to be an associate member"

Jo is sure to add a variety of good activities to her schedule through 2020. Through her YouTube channel with more than a million subscribers and counting and she is able to earn money by traveling. "I had a lively private life. Between the time I wrote. I set a target of how I'd spend my time. All I did was."

The month of January, 2020, she was offered the opportunity to take on a Netflix job as the host for The World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals. "It was a move away from YouTube and put me in the traditional broadcasting. If you've ever been in the studio to observe the length of time required for a show to be completed, you'll see the length of time. The process can last between 16 and 18 hours and there's plenty of "hurry up, sit down'. It's time to get dressed with your makeup, hair the makeup and hair has been done. You begin to see lines appear on your forehead and consider "No Oh! I'm laughing! We both have to be able to slow down for a full minute""

If there was breaks that be as long as an hour, Jo would write. "Writing is something that interests me and I wanted to turn it a job." When covid was on the air but was cut off, the primary source of revenue slowed.

"I was nervous, as everyone else. I started posting photos of journal entries. The next day I celebrated being 100 days old, and began sharing my journal entries on Instagram Stories. I began to think "Hey this might provide me with a chance to become a part of an organization which allows its members to gain an online space to write and share their ideas. This is how JoClub took shape. The first time we heard of JoClub was four years in the past. It's insane!"

As she was watching on the Netflix program, Jo realized that journaling is an excellent way to study the world around her. "It is more than an ordinary hobby. If you've been on the travels for a few days, chances are you're tired. There's no way you're doing something that does not have anything to do directly with what you're getting paid for.

"You already know how I try to make sense of my existence. This is how I behave. I set out to separate myself from another individuals. One aspect I would like to have eliminated from my writing is writing skill. This was a major factor for me to include it into the new phase of my professional growth."

Her accomplishments are greater than what she had ever dreamed of.

Jo became inspired to be active in her work. "I got to see each week 3 videos that were in three languages. It was my responsibility to find employees. After that, I had to cut off my employees. I understood how to construct the equipment that would produce contents."

There was a need for something to be altered. "I didn't want to always be on the job. If you're exhausted or tired like most creatives and you're fatigued, it's tough to make a revenue. That's when I recognized that this was a job that I'll carry for the rest of my existence. I need to find ways to get my ideas out of the myriad options to earn money."

Jo was driven to build something more substantial than the one she had been in the position of being able to build. The groups for journaling were set up in the early years of Zoom: "The membership started with the payment of a monthly fee that was 29 bucks. There was also monthly live chat, along with daily prompts for journaling throughout each day, which are sent via email to every user's."

The goal was to develop exercises that were similar to yoga. It included two types of questions. The program ended with a discussion. Then another question was asked and a break-out room. "It was a mixture of IP (intellectual property)," she recalls. "After about six months I asked me how I might be able in educating participants in these workshops? Facilitators might be able to assist in the enrichment of JoClub with methods I wouldn't have thought of? They wanted to "extract the best" and collaborate together with facilitators, a lot of whom were JoClub members, to enhance the journaling style along with participation in the "bring your own tunes" contest, which is open to children of all musical backgrounds as well as other events that are related to the competition.

"Now there are monthly gatherings that are six. It's possible to arrange the number of gatherings I'd like."" she says. "Beautiful options that I'd not considered were feasible. My retreats have included: also running the very first trial program of an organization, and working on various projects. It's difficult to accomplish this in the exact same way if I were part of Jo Franco's team, which was the most successful at my post."

The social and the cultural

"An interesting aspect of joining is the fact that members are able to create your own environment" she explains. "If you're paying to join, you're living in a house you'd like to reside in. This means that you have the ability to design your own home the way you like." Jo and her group has examined strategies to increase the level of discussion to ensure that "people are able to discuss issues that are important to their local communities, and they feel confident that they're earning money from the money they invest."

"It's the distinction between participants and public members," she adds. "An audience ought to be able to interact in conversation with you and your efforts, however there are times that it's not a problem in the sense that it's one of dialogue. When I post something and someone makes a comment that I then respond to through an online forum that I'm managing, I'm element of the discussion once you join up until you become the participant."

Jo is contemplating the idea of onboarding, and also how we deal with the new hires. "How can we reduce the chance of someone stepping in the room and thinking they're not a member of the organization? It's the right time to begin the process of controlling the company's culture. This means that the members stay for duration of time."

The woman is aware of the issues. "It's one area which needs to be something that you're eager to make better as the needs of a member are constantly shifting. If you're unaware of how things are developing and evolving, it could be an expense for each participant you've."

It's obvious that Jo is integrating the empathy and self-awareness gained from journaling into her way of thinking and how she conducts herself within the community surrounding her. Jo believes that journaling can assist to become more aware of our identity. Being aware isn't taught in the first years of our lives "We're in need of strategies to deal with emotions. They are able to aid you in maintaining your equilibrium. I wasn't able to understand how beneficial. It was a great leisure activity to enjoy. As I grew older I was thinking "Damn! I've kept my secrets from you""

You have tools to save yourself

If someone asks "Jo you're thirty years old," how did you go about getting everything done? I documented it and it was all fine." she smiles.
