"The most of my professional life is filled with many enjoyable moments," starts Amanda Northcutt who is the founder and CEO of Level Up Creators. "My profession is incredibly unsteady and non-linear. But that tends to be typical for the majority of people. The majority of us end up in the exact place that we're meant to be, if we're deliberate and strategically."

There are family jokes about how she never spoke until my brother went to college. "My brother is a popular attorney. However, his practice took up most of the space in the home. He started college when I was 14 years young and was about to start the high school. It was at this point that I came into my own because airspace was easily accessible within the house."

Amanda's first position was in a shoe store online. "Everyone believed that I would not be successful because of my insecurity. I totally emerged from my shell and began selling shoes with aplomb which resulted in record-breaking sales all across the United States. It was amazing! I was enthralled by businesses at the age of 16. That's why I made the decision from the start to pursue this path I wanted to pursue."

In the following years, Amanda attended university and became acquainted with a student who had started a website and was looking for someone to sell advertising on the site. "This was back in 2005 2005 at the time when ads on the internet was similar to banner ads. It was like you were selling air! I heard "no often and was able to get past the fear of speaking to others quickly," she recalls.

"Every time I say something regarding my experience, someone not familiar with me comes to me and text me saying "Hey, could we have a chat? This is incredible."

Amanda changed how things were handled. "I was required to become an mother. I was required to take on the role as a mother who was responsible for the obligation of taking care of my health. Also, I was required to serve as a consultant." To return to work She along with her husband, sold their business partner from Member Up, acquired it, and made it run as a consultancy firm.

"I thoroughly enjoyed working with members to run their own businesses that encompassed a wide range of topics. The idea of this was one that many do not even think about until they're in the world, and they know that there's an area that will satisfy all kinds of interests as well as people on the internet looking to purchase what you offer." After a long time working in the world of membership, her main focus was shifting to an executive position in several SaaS organizations around the globe.

As part of this new life style, and a more balanced life, Amanda reduced her work by 20-30 hours a week. Amanda quit Silicon Valley at the end 2022 to create Level Up Creators: "I set out to share my knowledge from the B2B industry, especially in the SaaS market, and pass on information to creators specifically women.

"I'm particularly interested in supporting women build wealth generation cycles and make use of their expertise by providing immense value to their communities of followers and get compensated in the form of a gift."

"We have a greater respect for the people we collaborate with than we do for the massive world-wide legacy brands because we're talking to an individual rather than a mere image. The primary goal of our company is to tell them, "It's fine to promote your products - because consumers want to purchase what they can get.' We don't do icky selling or marketing practices and we don't work with people who are not offering the community with real value. It's like tables stakes."
