"The majority of my professional career is comprised of joyful random events" starts Amanda Northcutt, founder and the CEO of Level Up Creators. "My experience has been extremely random and non-linear. That's true for a lot of people. It's a joke that they had never spoken about her prior to the moment my brother enrolled in the college. "My brother's an extremely accomplished lawyer, yet he occupied all the airspace within the home. The time he entered college was when I was fourteen and was heading towards high school. It was the time to make my own after I had access to airspace inside the house."

Amanda's first position was an online store selling shoes. "Everyone was convinced that I wouldn't be a success because of my insecurity. My confidence was soaring and I came out of my shell, and started selling shoes with aplomb with aplomb, smashing national records for sales. It was amazing! I was enthralled by business at a young age and decided in the moment I was in the right path I'd prefer to follow."

The following year, Amanda attended university and met a friend who owned a site that was up and running. She was also looking for someone to sell advertisements on it. "This was 2005, when advertisements online were sold similar fashion to banner advertisements. This was like selling air! I heard "no often" and was able to shake away any doubts about trying to convince people of something quick," she says.

In the depths of the

"I discovered my craft through having to go through deep waters," she continues. "I took advantage of the sales job to a higher-level selling position at a lesser-known company known as TexAgs.com that I later joined for a lengthy period. It was there that I truly learned how to run a business." She was able to understand the idea of recurring membership and how many revenue streams it can bring in, thereby adding value, growing LTV as well as selling sponsorships.

"It's not just an cute little site anymore. It's the most popular fan site on the planet. I was the 2nd employee there, and I was a total blast." she says with a smile. A few years later she began declining. "I required some time off and I must also change the way I conduct my life." - Amanda was required to alter her priorities, including her health, her husband and the baby boy.

Amanda is now sharing the details of her medical journey publically and plans to increase her information sharing. "The more often I'm exposed to dangers in my job as a leader, the more I am in a position to be at risk," she says. Amanda changes the guidelines. "I wanted to be a mom to my baby. I needed to be the manager of my health. Also, I needed to become consultant." In order to get back and work with her husband, they sold the business they had with Member Up and took it up a notch to become an advisory business.

"I find myself extremely thankful for the working with our members to manage their own companies that deal with various topics. subjects that most people never consider but if you're a part of the world in the modern age and are aware that there's an industry that covers every subject and people who utilize the internet to gain access to the things you've got." After a prolonged time within the membership industry, she moved to fractional management for various SaaS organisations around the globe.

To lead an energised and balanced lifestyle, Amanda reduced her work to 20-30 hours per week. Amanda set out to become "extraordinarily influential" in all the companies she worked with. She left Silicon Valley at the end in 2022. She then founded Level Up Creators: "I decided to take what I've learned from the B2B, and in particular SaaS industry, and use it for creatives, especially women.

She smiles.
