Following Zoey Gong relocated from China in the U.S. at age 16, she started to get sick. She ultimately had to change the way she ate to improve the health of her family. That experience led her to pursue Western nutrition. However, in the end she wanted an approach that was more holistic in the field of health and food.
"I felt like the universe was trying to lead me towards traditional Chinese treatment (TCM)," she declares. "I believe that food is the best preventative medicine and TCM particularly focuses on." Combining her training in nutrition and cooking with her extensive expertise in TCM Zoey's created a business around her passion--improving others' health through TCM food treatment.
