The survey was carried out in 2024 and included more than 1000 respondents, participants have expressed an optimistic view of AI tools while also acknowledging the reality that AI content could sometimes look bland, dull or boring. It's also proven to be the case that's why we're trying to develop an AI experience that's reflective of your voice as a brand and that resonates with the increasing numbers of people who are using your company's brand.

To achieve this, we designed Brand Identity, which intakes the descriptions you provide about your company and the tone used to represent your brand, which allows for the exact, custom AI experience across the different AI tools.
