Illustrator and a Sculptor - The CreativeMindClass Blog
How would you describe your style?
If I were to describe it in a way that is objectively, it would be all my interests, with a cup of surrealism for that weird absurdity, an ounce of impressionism since I love seeing the brush strokes and a little bit of fun, and a number of basic ideas that are on the other side of obvious shapes, lines, and designs.

What are the most important factors to making your artworks?
In my slow time, frequently being anxious and sometimes excessively finding that the beauty in this approach.
In the world of social media and information that makes us feel as if we're competing with everyone else with our works and creations every minute of every single day, it's very easy to get lost and forget the type of work you'd like to do and what kind of artist you'd like your work to become.

What's your story?
I'm Gregg, an self-employed illustrator from the Philippines. I am also a clay sculptor as well as an artist, a play maker, and a great cook but only when I want to.
I was a student of arts at the Philippine Women's University and at the University of the Philippines. I also followed courses in masonry, welding, physical metallurgy as well as mortuary sciences in trade schools in between my college years.
The rather chaoticway I branched out into my own style also completely illustrates how my mind operates as well as the overall state of my being. I'd like to dedicate more of my time to my primary hobbies, but because of current global events, I do children's illustrations and art for young people.
My work can be seen on Instagram.
