Describe your community and why people gather.

My community is called Conscious Collective, and it's an opportunity for people of spirituality who want to realize their full potential and their strength. We recognize the fact that we're all connected and that we're all together, and we bring the awareness of this into our spiritual lives. We offer the opportunity to train and challenges for mindfulness, meditation and personal development that focus on making spirituality accessible, accessible, and fun. Everyone loves the innovative challenge system, the Live Room as well as the Leaderboard functionality.

How is your community structured?

We have two main circles inside Conscious Collective for now. As we expand, we'll be expanding. Most of the action happens within "The Forum". It is a place for conversation regarding all issues, debate discussion and sharing, as well as invites to events that live. Also, we have an "Spirit Market" group for members to display, purchase or sell their metaphysical artwork and other accouterments. Weekly challenges, group meditations classes, and various other events are all hosted in The Forum / Live Room (which is SO much better than Zoom!). The Forum is adding virtual coworking evenings, art nights, as well as oracle evenings in the month of April.

I also use the new platform for my advanced membership as well as my VIP mentorship group.

Recent community wins

People are really embracing this platform. Our members are requesting things like art and oracle nights as well as a variety of other things, and want to participate and be the host.

A top tip for all the other Heroes

The Leaderboard is amazing! Every month we offer a prize to the winner. Last month was a box of Onyx Coffee, one the most renowned roasters of coffee across the US. It's not a huge giveaway however it does add some excitement to the contest and is extremely effective in engagement.

What is the structure of your community?

Utilizing the most recent portal in lets our mastermind group expand to a completely new scale. This allows us to praise each other up in contests, celebrate wins and create even more connections. Being able to have live calls and teachings is another excellent tool that we can use to maintain engagement.

Recent community wins

The biggest win for Stylist Soul Tribe this year is we hit 100 people in the mastermind group and we is so thrilled to start Stylist Soul Tribe in January and increase its size! The Stylist Soul Tribe is hosting a vision casting session coming up soon in which we touch on mindset and visualization, as well as the full cycle of success.

The top tip for the other Heroes

An idea I'd like to give you is to create space for your community creatively. So many of the big concepts and innovations in the mastermind have been inspired from within. The connections come so organically by allowing the room for it to occur. It has provided me with the means to put a system to run smoothly so that I can appear as authentically as possible for my members.

Tell us about your community and why you are there.

The Kathy Keats Community is a wonderful collection of pet lovers who understand that reaching your potential in dog sport (or whatever else) doesn't just involve the development of skills. It's about progress. Dogs aren't fools. They are amazing mirrors that inspire us to be humble, test us to confront our weaknesses and inspire us to be more effective ... for them as well as for us and our loved ones.

How structured is your community?

I'm still in the experimental process of creating the ideal structure for my community. As of now, I'm making use of (or is planning to use) it in three different ways. One is a supplement to online courses, two is as an accountability group that provides a positive membership in its own right, and a third way is to use it as a place to connect with my listeners and integrate them into my community. I utilize a mixture of live events, my Live Room feature and Challenges to keep students active and focused on the course. I also make weekly posts to my members of the community and are planning to implement conversations in the free area to determine what subjects and guest guests will be popular on my podcasts.

The top tip for others Heroes

If you're planning to use community in conjunction with online classes, think about integrating the community area FIRST before the start date for the course and engage your learners in the community with an initial week live event, competition or leader board scavenger hunt -- because the community is where the bigger learning curve is when you open your course area. This can help avoid overwhelm and makes it much easier to link back to specific lessons in your course.

Recent community wins

The latest course proved to be a big hit due to the fact that a majority of my customers aren't technical but could easily take part in live Q&As due to the user-friendly interface. The live sessions have had more face-to face participation in the online community than I have ever had with other conferencing tools because the technology wasn't getting behind.

Tell us about your community and why you are there.

My community, the Level Up Club is made up of entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers to gather and meet like-minded individuals who want to grow, level up and create a positive impact in the world.

What are the structures of your community?

I currently have 2 accessibility groups "The Community" which is free for anyone to join. The other is "The Golden Circle Mastermind" that is my mastermind group. I currently have five circles: one community is one to post general content, Bookish is for talk about books, and Podcasting for--you guessed it--podcasters. Additionally, I have NLP and Hypnosis are for those who want to talk about this, as well as one to my masterminds. The challenges have been super fun and my community loves being involved. So far the challenges have focused on making friends as well as health and mindfulness related. Meetups are a great method of bringing new members into the community when you share your events via social platforms.
