February 2023: Webhook Log, ACH Updated User Experiences, and More! -
Release Notes are our highlight of the month of the amazing features that are coming on our platform. So you can pick up and go with new features to your store.
The New Welcome Dashboard and Experience for Onboarding For Free Trials
With this launch, we've made two brand new widgets that will assist sellers in understanding what value they can expect from day one.
Dashboard Update #1: Checkout Preview Widget
We've first enabled Checkout Preview which, with branding and localization options, you'll be able to see what your checkout can look like using our Dashboard.
Dashboard Update #2: Total Cost of Ownership Calculator
We've also enabled our Total Cost of Ownership Calculator. With this calculator, you'll get a better understanding of the ways we can save you money as compared to the DIY options such as Stripe. We suggest you explore the calculator and get in touch with our sales staff to understand exactly how we can aid your business in saving cash.
In addition to these two widgets, we've added more blocks to offer additional useful information such as: new releases, stories from customers thoughts of the day, developer documentation and many more.
New and Improved Webhook Status Reporting
In 2023, we're striving for improvements that will enhance our platform and make it more user friendly. For this we've created a brand-new Webhook Log which displays rich details for every one of your webhook events. Learn what webhooks are associated with which IDs they're linked with, the number of attempts that were made, and much more right from the platform.
You'll not only get an overview of the event, but you'll also be able to see the details about the event, such as its JSON payload and response history. You can also sort the results based on factors such as the type of event, its the date of creation, status or other parameters to simplify your analysis of every webhook you're employing.
