For nearly 9 years, it comes to no surprise to learn the news that Jon Tewes has won the Springie Award for Q4 2023! Jon is a renowned architect who holds an upper position and has demonstrated the best of our fundamental values: Making a Difference, Trying to comprehend, and Act promptly. The evidence is the way he lives his life which is centered around compassion and awe.

Jon's contribution to the business is obvious through the solid relationships he has with his the company's customers and colleagues who are supportive. In the time he could join the company's Amsterdam office, Jon effortlessly collaborated with the entire team, aiding to strengthen our connections across the globe. Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'm delighted to be able to thank you for receiving this Springie award. It's been a long time since. We hope that you were not completely surprised when we made the announcement public.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely surprised. We're aware of the things we can count on for a collective that is the PSI team. One of the most remarkable teams I've been a part of, and hearing the things that they said about my work was an inspiration. However, these particular words could be turned around to be directed towards each of them. All of us have each other's backs. Whatever any one individual of us does takes credit for the whole team, both either good or bad. If something doesn't go as planned then we all jump in together in order to resolve the issue. So, I would not be successful without the help of my colleagues. They're very special to me. You know, much greater than the prize, absolutely. However, it was pleasing to be awarded it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It was awe-inspiring. It was a great experience to be watching and listening to each of your team members be able to go around and share their personal stories and their experiences. It's fascinating to realize what the team's importance is to you and to your overall experience in this space. If you consider this award an award from the Springie Award, and living in the spirit of creating a positive impact, Seeking to Understand and implementing swiftly way What advice would you have for those who, you're aware of, have been with us for nearly nine years. What can you do to carry on the day-to-day tasks, living according to these principles? How can you bring these values into your daily your daily life?

Jon Tewes:You might have seen me in various firms that have different values. The values we're living today very much reflect my core beliefs. Therefore, not embracing them is weird to me. It's not a conscious attempt, something I strive to achieve. It's the way I live my life. Making a difference and knowing the significance of the work you're doing are basic principles that guide me each day. We're actually working closely with sellers who are getting on board. It's about interacting with them, as well as cooperating with them to be aware of the challenges they have and find a fast solution, and providing them with the most enjoyable selling experience. It's the way I manage every day activities. We're fortunate to have an institution that functions in the same way as I do it, so I needn't try.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's not difficult to forget about it when it's a part of who you are. In reflecting on your experiences in this article which were your most enjoyable aspects of being at ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been in the game for quite a while. At the heart of my being, I'm excited to do my work You are wondering, what's the cause?
