Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you for winning the Springie award. It's been a long time since we announced it. Therefore, we hope that you were somewhat shocked when we made the announcement.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. We are as a group -within our PSI team, one of the greatest teams of people I've been a part of, and to hear the things that they were saying about what I do was truly moving. Yet, just as quickly these exact words could be reversed and aimed to each of them. Everyone has each other's backs. And anything that any of us do individually, we all take credit for as a team as well as good and bad. So if something goes wrong and something goes wrong, we'll all come together to fix the issue. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to have accomplished it without the help of my friends. They're very special for me. And, I mean greater than the award certainly. The award was definitely wonderful to be awarded.

Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. Also, it was an amazing experience being an observer and hearing all of your team members have the opportunity to meet sharing stories of your experience. And it's great to hear how meaningful the team is to you and the experience you've had at work. When you think about your experience with the Springie Award, and living in the spirit of Making a Difference Seeking to Understand and acting in a timely manner What suggestions do you give to the people -You've been with us for nearly nine years. So not living them seems strange to me. This isn't a conscious decision, something that I strive to accomplish. It's just the way I live my the world. Understanding, making a difference the importance of your work are basic principles which guide the way I conduct my business each day. It's true that we work directly with sellers that are getting on board. You know, relating with them, and helping them know what the issue is to find a answer quickly and provide them with the most pleasant experience to sell is what I do in my daily life. And it's great that we have a company that really is like the way I am already doing it, so I don't even need to think about it.

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been with you for quite a while. However, at the core of my being, I'm pumped to get my job done I mean, so what's the reason? It's because, as I've already mentioned that the people that I collaborate with, it's best to be in a class. We also have a platform. are able to use, within the area of merchant of record We are the leaders and I get to work with these amazing individuals in shaping what's to come in the near future . It's the reason I'm here.
