Danica is always way beyond the call of duty to assist her colleagues, and is always ready to help and share her expertise. The desire to Understand has fostered strong relationships with her colleagues which has created a cooperative and positive work atmosphere. And when faced with challenges, Danica has a drive to Act With Urgency, demonstrating initiative and finding solutions to help ensure the success of her projects. The Vice President of People & Culture, Louise Cherry Barber has sat down (virtually) to chat with Danica about her honors and time at .

Louise Cherry Barber: Danica, you are the Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! Tell me, the significance of you to be awarded this Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt is really satisfying and, like, really warm to realize that I tried to put a lot of myself -- my interesting personality -- in my daily work. And it was nice to know that others knew about it and it was acknowledged and appreciated in a positive way that is, in addition to the fact that it was not solely because of achieving a set number that was previously what I would have recognized and other workplaces that I've had, but also due to the individual I am and the things that I've achieved beyond a single number. It was very nice being recognized for who I am as a person. It was really touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing and merited. Another thing I'm curious about, I'd love for you to talk about your top moments, you know, from when you heard, but more specifically your work completed on the benchmarking program was praised by a few individuals. Can you tell us more about this?

Danica Larsen:Yes, I put on a lot of work that I'm really happy to be recognized. I think I was slightly surprised discover that benchmarking has been one of the things that was called out in the sense that it's still in its early days and there's a lot more work to do. So I'm thrilled that everyone is enthusiastic about this. Because it's going to provide an incredible amount of value. I truly hope that it's going provide many benefits, not only for us as a business however, for our clients, sellers, as well. And we'll help in an ideal world give the company some insight on the ways we can expand long term, what we're seeing works well as a success. That's why seeing it announced already at the first sort of, you know, like beta stages was really exciting, since it indicates that many others see value as well.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our company values to: Make a Difference, Seek to Understand and Act with Urgency. I'm curious about what you think about the new values.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: The essence of them is doing what's right knowing what is the proper thing. This means investigating, looking deep into it, and then deciding quickly and making a decision. It's a fact that I stand to this every single day... And looking at the other people who are part of members of the Support Team and the Support Team and I'm referring to the fact that they share the same values with our customers, and also with buyers, every day. They're in the front of the field looking for understanding and executing swiftly, as the only way to accomplish these things. As business, no one will continue to work with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What advice would you give to those on the other side ? Who would like to live by the principles? Do you have any advice about how you can make them manifest?

Danica Larsen I can only say that I speak only from my point of view. However, I believe the most important thing is to be as attentive as possible. When you're working with the various accounts, the companies, the sellers, everybody whom we're working with being aware of their needs and the real reason behind their need, it drives what we should perform and how we must act. And that's the "seeking understanding" that achieve it without paying attention. So that would be my first tip Listen to people.
